legal rights on under age chilldren who draw off there dad who gets social secruity benfits .but problem is that he only has his name on it only and i caNT GET MY NAME cause the banks says that i half go 2 court 2 put my name on it
what should i do ?

I am having some difficulty understadning your question. Please post with more information. Are you married to the father? Have you contacted social security to determine what their requirements are for you to receive the checks on behalf of the children?
