Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
What legal rights do i have from living with a man for 18 years. together we have 6 children together.never married but was alloted a weekly allowance and came accustomed to a certain lifestyle. now seperated legaly can he be held responsible to maintain my living exspences? how would i get a percentage of assets that were aquired during our 18 years together. ruffly 5.2 million hear to date.

You have the right to child support. You may be able to sue for those items purchased jointly if you can show that you made money contributions. Often very difficult to prove. Indiana does not recognize palimony.
