Is it legal that my rights were never terminated in court for my aunt and uncle to get adoption of my son?

We need more information to answer this question. 1. Are you the father or the mother? 2.Did you ever sign a consent? 3.Did you receive notice of a hearing? 4. If the father, did you protect your rights at birth by either signing the birth certificate, or filing notice in the putative father's registry?

Generally, you are entitled to due process concerning your child. However, depending on circumstances, such as how often you saw the child, whether you supported the child and other details, due process can vary. You should see an attorney in your area.
