Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I am legally divorced and have decided that I would like to change my name back to my maiden name. Do I need a lawyer or is this something I can do myself. Is there a charge for changing my name back?

It is something you can probably do yourself. However, if you feel uncomfortable once you get into it, you should hire counsel. Regardless, you will have to pay a filing fee and the costs for publication. You can find forms at the Indiana Judiciary Web Site. Good luck.
