if i have been legally seperated for six years am i still married and what is the difference between legal seperation and divorce

If you received your legal seperation in Indiana, that court order is only good for one year. A Divorce will allow you to remarry and is a final determination of asset and debt allocation. A Legal Seperation is temporary and you cannot remarry. There are other differences, but the ones that I mentioned are the major ones.
