Can I legally talk to my daughter?

My daughter lives wit her boyfriend, and his attorney sent papers to my husband (stepfather to my daughter) claiming my husband slandered him and his business.

Since my daughter lives with this man, can I legally talk to her?

Unless there is a restraining order, yes you can talk to your daughter.

But don't talk about the case, however.
