i live in illinois wife lives in indiana where we were married at she refuses to give me a divorce just so she can drag it on and keep me coming back and forth what can i do

Please repost with more information. Is the divorce that is being "dragged on" pending in Illinois or Indiana? When was it filed, and what hearings are scheduled currently? What does your attorney say is the delay? Are children involved?

No one gives a divorce other than a judge. If the case has been filed and all preliminary matters completed instruct your attorney to obtain a final hearing date.
