Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I live in Indiana. My daughter's mom recently got married. Since then she has quit her job and they have plans to begin building a new home this summer. I received a letter in the mail letting me know we have a child support hearing. Our last hearing was in 2010. I am making $8 more on the hour but bringing home less every pay because I'm not getting the overtime I used to and I purchased dental insurance. Our order only mentions health insurance but my daughter and other two children needed dental. Will the dental insurance costs be considered when they do the modification? Will they take into account my ex quitting her job and now asking for a support increase? Will they consider some of her husband's income? Any answers to these questions would be helpful.Thank you
