Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I live in Indiana and my husband and I are getting a divorce,we've been married 15 years and I took the buy out at General Motors in 2006 and paid off all the bills my husband worked at General Motors for 34 1/2 years and retired in 2004. I have no income and he said he does not have to pay me a penny. He left Aug 3rd and has not given me a dime. Will I be intitled to any of his retirement? He clears 2,650.00 a month and He works a full time job making 11.00 an hour. I was in a car accident 6 month after I took the buy out and they just did surgery on me and my whole right side and Ican't work. Please let me know what I'm intitled too.
