Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I live in Indiana I am married with no children from my husband. I have a 3 year old from another man prior to my marriage. He has just now start coming around her on a every other weekend routine. He owes almost 5000 in child support and has only ever paid it twice. My husband just got switch to active duty in the Army. He is in training but when he gets done he will be station to a base out of state. Will I have a fighting chance for me and my daughter to go with him?
