Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I Live in Indiana, I remarried a mother of 3 who had a divorce agreement that she was not to pay child support, We decided to make a family of our own 6 years after being married, Then her xhusband takes her to court and is granted child support. Can I The new husband sue the xhusband for damages, He never wanted child support until we had a baby. And I have his divorce agreement saying he didn't want support, therefore telling me that me and his xwife could afford to have a baby, but now we are struggling

No, you can't sue him for anything. You married her knowing that she had children that she might have to actually support some day.
