Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I live in Indiana and have a son born out of wedlock. The father signed the paternity affidavit to put his name on birth certificate. I want to move to Oklahoma. Can I legally do that? Nothing has been established in court and he and I are no longer together.

You need to follow the Indiana Relocation Statute.
