Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I live in Indiana. I have a son who is 3 years old. The mother and I are going to court in July for custody. Paternity has already been established. My question is, is it legal for the mother to keep our son from me. I have not seen him in over a month because she refuses to let him see me. I have a lawyer and all I am hearing is she can do whatever she wants. I'm looking for a second opinion.

You can raise these issues at the hearing in July; you shoud listen to your lawyer about the best strategy for presenting the issue to the judge then.
