Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Ok I live in Indiana.I need to know if the non-custodial parent can take the child out of state..The custodial parent said no to this is he right and is it a law.the state has???

No, there is no such automatic law. Read the Parenting Time Guidelines and your decree for any travel limitations. Of course, it is only good practice to let the custodial parent know ehre you will be and how to get in touch with you if travelling with your children out of state.
