Where I want to live

I have been living with my sister for the past three years and i have really done well in sports and have a great life there. Now my mom is forcing my to move to New Jersey. What can I do to stop this?

Your sister is a defacto custodian and could file a petition in court for custody. You need to hire an attorney asap
