Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I live in the state of Indiana.

My husband had been out of work for the past 3 years. He recently acquired a job. I applied for disability about 27 months ago due to mental problems after I collapse at work and some tests were run. In May of 2008 I was involved in a severe auto accident and my left arm had to be amputated. My husband refused to go to the hospital and then he refused to take care of me. I have been living with my mother for the past 15 months. (I should have listened to my mother 15 months) He has told me now that he is getting a divorce. I have yet to be approved for disability. I owe many people for a lot of things my husband made sure that nothing was in his name. I have no income. I am on welfare.

My question: Can I apply for any kind of spousal support?
