Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I live in the state of indiana,and my huband had a baby before we were married, he is not working right now, can they hold me(wife) responsible for his child support? and if so what can i do so they can't touch my checks?

You are not responsible for your husband's child in any manner, shape or form.
