Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
i have lived out of state (alabama) for over a year where my rights were awarded to me. i have not seen my daughter in over a year. her mother was not complient when i was there and does not cooperate now. i pay child support every month. it is taken out of my paycheck. i plan on moving back to the same state soon. what are my odds of getting joint custody?

Since joint legal custody relates to communicating over certain areas of the child's life and has nothing to do with which evenings the child is where, I would say poor, since the two of you aren't talking now.
If you are talking about getting your rights of visitation enforced, then the chances are good. Talk to a family law attorney in your community when you return to clarify exactly what you are looking for.
