Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Living in Indiana all my life and during marriage. I've been legally married since 2002, but have been living separate the past 2 years and husband has filed for divorce, which is still pending. My father past 3 years ago and I've been living in my childhood home. This is the only place I have to live because I'm on Social Security Disability and have no other income. If the house were deed to me, would it become part of the divorce?

If you are asking whether your husband would have a claim for the property, the answer is most likely not.
