Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I was living with a lady this past year. I was also working on the road. While on the road she was also taking care of my dog. When I returned she was with another person.
My question is I want my dog back and she is not wanting to return it.
How do I get the dog returned to me?

Call the sheriff or police and ask for someone to be there while you pick up your items. If she still won't turn it over then, sue her for return of the animal.
