How long does my husband have to pay child support in Indiana? Is it to an age or until she is out of college?

Both of you will have the obligation of support until 21, unless earlier emancipated by, among other things, not going on to college. An educational expense order can be issued prior to 21 to cover any college expenses after 21 which would allocate expenses between the two of you and your daughter.
