Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

How long do I have to remove my property from a home that I have either moved out of or been kicked out of? Does the homeowner have to be present when I remove my property?

No set time, but generally 30 days until abandonment is presumed. The owner doesn't HAVE to be there, but can insist on it.
