Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I'll try to keep long story short. Property Settlement and Divorce Decree signed 7/2005. I was to pay $26,000 to X. I paid $13K. Then X and I began dating and he repeatedly told me he didn't want the money. So I stopped making payments. We went our permanent separate ways in Feb '09. Now he has filed a contempt citation on me for the $. In meantime youngest child graduated high school in '07, lived with me more than 50% of the time until Jan '09, at which time she moved into HUD housing and I pay for more than 50% of her needs (and her sons). X stopped paying child support in '07 when she graduated. He never petitioned the court to chagne or stop the child support order. Now I find out he is over $13K in arrears. Will Judge offset the settlement amt by the arrears owed to me? Will the Judge forgive the 8% interest on unpaid settlement since the X told me not to pay it? Will the Judge consider youngest daughter to still be under my custody even though she did not live with me, and if not would judge change a child support order retroactively? Indiana law.
