Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

i made a call to cps and ask to remain ananomous due to the fact that my son has a mental condition and i felt my life was at risk to make a long story short my name came out in bold black and white that i was the caller that reported on my son's drug habbit and that my grandchildren were at risk question were my civil rights violated or better yet my right to privacy iam a single hispanic female

Neither your gender or ethnic background make a difference; the reports are supposed to remain confidential. If you turn out to be harmed by the release of the information, you may have a civil suit. You can discuss with an attorney in your community if you wish to discuss this further.
