Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

What should I do? I made a mistake and went to prison. My 6 yr old son ended up with his dad, who had never even acted as if he existed and lived 2 blocks from us. I did all that I had to do and now I home.I know that the court said that this would be Temp. Custody,by order of agreement, and that I would have visits and mail contact with my son every month. Well, I never saw him while I was in prison. Now I home and get him every day that he is not is school, which equals 1 day less that 1/2. So 50/50. I went and talk to his dad to go back in court and get it in writing and he lost it on me and did not let me have my son last weekend. Since I have been home I have had to say things to Dad due to my son having so many marks and bruises. My son told me about how his dad whips him so often and so hard, he even told of a spike belt that his older sis(10 yr). got whip with. My son has Cerebral Palsy, and he has quit a few accidents on himself but yet Dad refuses to even acknowledge what 7 Specialist diagnosed. I know that Dad was abused by his mom, I was with him for over 9yrs. Should I call someone? Dad told me that his kids would never say anything against him, and I think he might be right. I know my boy is being very mistreated, I have tried all the legal aide and have gotten no where.Please if anyone has any(ANY) advise, let me know. I thank you for your time and any help in this matter.

If you suspect abuse, you need to contact Child and Family Services and let them investigate.
