Getting maiden name back
Is there any fee or how do I go about getting my maiden name back? I have been divorced for about 3 years now.

Were you divorced in Indiana? What county? Did you have an attorney? While there is a legal proceeding for changing your name, there may be a way of getting the name changed through the divorce court. If you had an attorney at the time of your divorce, you should give him a call.
