Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
Maintaining house payments after divorce
After a divorce can a non custodial parent be made to make the house payments for a minor child living in that house
until that child reaches 18 years of age?
The mother works.

Child support would be sufficient to supply that child's needs, such as housing.
You would not be paying child support and also a house payment.
Now, the court might order that in a case where you were required to support your spouse because she became disabled during the marriage or something extreme like that.
That kind of order would be highly unlikely, however.
