Fraud is one of the bases for a marriage being annulled in Indiana. In some cases, the failure to disclose a criminal record has been sufficient fraud for an annulment. So maybe if the man was not aware that the woman was currently imprisoned . . . but that seems unlikely.

In Indiana, annulment is possible only under very narrow circumstances. Incarceration at the time of the marriage is not one of the grounds. If the marriage is no longer viable, dissolution is probably the right course of action.
