man & women divorce. women gets part of inheritence in divorce & custody of two children. ex-wife took children to the paternal grandmother & didn't return. paternal grandmother has guardianship of two children & gets child support from father. mother was also ordered to pay support. she has not paid for year. how much trouble would man get into if any for going & paying ex-wifes' child support with the inheritence money?

Lots of trouble absent a court order allowing the application of those funds to arrears.
