marital property
I have filed for divorce and my father passed away during the marriage. I am the executrix of his estate and have acquired a significant amount of property and finances and am wondering if my husband will have any rights to those items inherited or bought with estate money?

Generally not. However you need to discuss the specifics with your divorce attorney as there are exceptions to every rule and that attorney would be in the best position to guide you.
