If I am not married to my babies father, can he keep me from moving out of the state of Indiana?

If you mean to ask "Can he keep me from moving out of the State of Indiana with our child?", the answer is possibly. You have to file a particular notice and send it to him. Go find a lawyer in your community to help you with that notice, and to discuss the issues further.
