Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I got married July 31, 2009 only to find he had a drinking and prescription pill problem which he hid from me. On November 7, 2009 he disappeared. I have no idea where he is. Can I get an annullment.

Annulments are rare, and granting one probably depends on the attitude of the judge(s) in your community. Check with an attorney in your area as to whether an annulment or a divorce make the most sense.
