Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I married in 2009 to someone i met online. He brought only clothing to my home,he owned nothing. i had a 1995 mustang . He needed a car ,so i took 4000.00 from my 401k account to get another car and he when drove the mustang (1995)...it is paid for by my ex-boyfend and the title to the car is in ex-boyfiriends' and my name. He left the marriage and went back to Ohio. We are not divorced , He will not return the car. Does he have the right to the 1995 mustang?

It is marital property, so you should seek a dissolution attorney to advise you on how to get it back ad part of a divorce.
