Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have been married to a non-resident since February 2009 who ended up just really wanting his greencard. We failed the INS interview and I withdrew the petition in October of 2009. He plans on going back to his native Thailand when his visas expire. His aunt wants to hire another attorney but I am just done with it. Marriage was never consummated nor did we officially live together. Where do I file for divorce? I moved back to Indiana after the interview. I could claim fraud but that reflects badly on me so what else can I do?

Just get divorced. You don't have to explain why.
