Married and Renting

My husband's name is on the lease. We have two children and he wants to kick out me and one child. Can he legally do that?

The police or landlord may not recognize you as a perosn with rights to the premises absent an order from court granting you possession of the marital premises. I suggest that you hire an attorney and have thatattorney seek an emergency provisional order.
