my got married on 8th dec

hello,sir i got married on 8th of dec the boy still having affair with his gf many of times he cheated on me by lieing n boy's parents also cheated with us by telling that boy is earing very good salary both boy n their parents are farud .i want my parents all amount back which my father has spend on marrige.it is very short time of marrige but i am very much disturbed.i really want divroce also as soon as possible plz guide me what should i do i dont want to live with that boy because of his affair should i fill an F.I.R aganits him or his parents .
