Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have been married for 3 years and we have 1 child. My husband has us financially in a terrible position. He has maxed out the credit card, purchased a brand new motorcycle (added to his car loan) which also has my name on it. I came home from work and found it in the garage one day. He has taken money from our daughters savings and blown it on who knows what. I am working 3 jobs now paying all the utilites, daycare and the cars and motorcycle loans, and the maxed out credit card. He has no conscience of any of this. He doesn't do anything to help me out, and I can't keep going at this pace. I have a masters degree, and work hard to do the right thing. My questions is. If I file for a legal seperation or divorce where will I be with the financial responsibilty. How will this effect my credit? I do not want to declare bankruptcy. Thank you for your help

Your question is a bit too cpomplex for this forum. You need to contact a local attorney for an in person appointment.
