Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have been married for 1 yr and 6 mo. We have no children together. My husband up and moved to Arizona on his own. He cancelled all the car insurance, without telling me nor was i informed he had moved. He has been there since may. I only have his address and employment info. I did ask him to sign papers and car titles and he refuses, he says he doesnt want divorced. We do not talk, its like I donot exist. Am I entitled to any kind of spousal maintnence, Im a full time student

Go see a lawyer about getting divorced. If you want to be divorced, it will happen, whether he agrees to it or not. Good luck.
