You have 30 days to appeal a judgment. It appears that the 30-day period has passed.
In that case, you would be able to file a petition for modification of custody, but you would be allowed to present evidence of things that happen ONLY since the last hearing. So, you couldn't dredge up the past -- only talk about what has happened since Aug. 2001.
If the custody evaluator suggested that you get custody, it would be highly, highly unusual for you to lose.
To get back into court, you have to go back to the original court. You cannot go to one in Pennsylvania just because you live there now.
