Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
We met online, I was 25, and he claimed he is 35 online. After we met, he said he is 40. Half year later, on the way to the court house to get married, he lied he was born in 1965, but all the certificate got his birthday wrong as 1956. Before we married, he refused to show his ID which have DOB on it. After our marriage, I gradually realized that he lied about his age, he was born in 1965. Can lying about his age make our marriage qualify for an annulment? Thank you!

Annulments are pretty rare. Depending on when you married, you might want to simply file a divorce. This is probably not the type of dishonesty that would qualify as fraud.
