Minor child taken by mother to unsafe home
My wife left me for another woman and moved in her home with my 10yr hold daughter. This woman is married and her husband lives with them since they have an ''open'' marriage from what I'm told. There are 11 people living in the household since the Mother & Brother of this woman live there as well as 5 other children. I do not know any of them and my wife has filed an Order of Protection against me falsely accusing me of stalking and threatening all of them, etc... What can I do to ensure the safety and well-being of my daughter? The hearing isn't until 6/4/09 for the Protection Order. Any advice or help would be much appreciated.
