Minor's Name Change
My wife was 4 months pregnant when we met. The biological father is not on the birth certificate and has never been in the picture. She has my wife's maiden name and we were wanting to know what we need to do to change her last name to ours. She is 8 years old. Thank You...

You need to file in court for a name change and give notice to the biological father if he is known. I bleive that you can find forms at the Indiana Judiciary Website. THere might be instructions there as well. Good luck
