modification of child support
if the mother of my child i currently pay support to inherits a large sum of money [we were never married] and is currently taken me back to court to modify our current support order due to me making more money can this be used against her

It can be used, but only as evidence of the surrounding facts and circumstances, and typically will not be taken into account in calculating support.
