Modified Custody without court hearing

When all parties involve agree with no disputes, could custody of a child be modified without a court hearing?

If so, how would I go about it n the state of Indiana?

Re: Modified Custody without court hearing

You will have to submit an agreed written order to the court signes by both parties. The order wil lalso have to address all of the custodial and support matters that are contained in the original order. The child support will have to be based on the guidelines and a worksheet will have to be provided. Child support will have to follow the guidelines unless you have sufficient grounds to deviate

and those grounds are contained in the agreed order.

Good luck
