Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Possible molestation.

My brother was given joint custody of his five year old daughter when he got divorced, he sees her every other weekend. Over the weekend, she told him that her mom's sister was making her do bad things(went into detail here). What are his options? Her mother apparently knows about it and has done nothing. He had to return the child to her mother yesterday or he would have been in trouble. Is there a way to get temp full custody ASAP? He lives in Butler County Ohio, the child resides with her mother in Ripley County Indiana.
