Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

If mom, who has full custody, moves son into the ghetto and does so just because she "wants to", does father have any grounds to take custody of child?

Father can always petition the court to change custody if circumstatnces change so that the existing order is no longe reasonable. Father will probably have to show more than a move to a bad neighborhood.

Mom has to comply with the Indiana Relocation Statute and father can object to the move and have a hearing.
