if my mom had guardinship over my to kids and the father went to court to get the guardindhip dissmised what are my rights as the mother if thats all that happen and they didnt give him custody they just dissmised the gaurdinship

If there was a custody order arising from a dissolution or paternity action which was overriden by the guardianship, then that custody order will still control. If not, than both of you presumably have equal rights to your children. Go talk to a family law attorney in your community to sort this out.
