Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Money taken from savings durring seperation

I separated from my wife about five months ago. I have two children. On the day I left she cleaned out our savings account worth of $6000 and gave her father a cashiers check to hold, made out in her name. She has never worked a day of our marriage and all of the savings was put in the account by myself. Am I entitled to my share of this money as she removed it with out my permission. Also, I have been paying all bills as she is still unemployed and refuses to work. I pay a verbally agreed amount of $450 a week which is more then 3/4 of my monthly income. Is there any way to get any back as she is refusing to work during the separation, after the divorce is final?
