Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

a month ago, a judge enforced my parenting time.my times are for 4 hrs. everyother sunday and every wednesday from 9am-1pm for ten visits then we follow the indiana parenting time guidelines. now the first visit, which was this past sunday, the mother didnt show, after 15 after 9, i texted her and she said she sent the child to her moms house the night before. after i snapped she had her mom drop her off 45 minutes late and then she was 40 minutes late to pick her up that day. now my wednesday visiting time is coming up, and she texts me today saying that she forgot our daughter has been in head start and she wont be able to visit me on wednesdays. can i take action and file for contempt?

If no other weekday is available as an alternative for four hour visits that you will both agree to, and you do not believe Head Start is needed, than yes, go ahead.
