Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Can the mother of my child move into her boyfriend's place without my permission? I currently do not know where my daughter is, where the boyfriend lives and the mother has not answered my call for a few days now. There is no visitation order in place but this past weekend was my weekend to have my daughter at my home and I have not heard from her or her mother. My daughter is three years old and I am concerned for her well being. The last time she was at my home she had numerous bruises and marks and would not tell me how she got them which is out of character for her. Both my daughter's mother and maternal grandmother have admitted that the boyfriend is violent and emotionally abusive but they have not said if he is physically abusive. I believe time is of the essence however I do not have the funds to hire an attorney unless it is absolutely necessary.
